Because each item is printed to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind orders. But if something isn’t right, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@arteecatz.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number
Clear photos showing the issue, the printed design, and the size tag

Once we’ve reviewed everything, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected
Change of mind orders
